As a homeschooling mom of 4, I realized what I really wanted for my boys was the PE class I remembered from my childhood… with a few changes.  Children learn best at play but few people realize that play is actually skill-based.  

During our twice-weekly class, we cycle through 6-8 week blocks of skills like soccer, kickball, disc games, field hockey, and flag games.  Throughout these sessions, we focus on balance, agility, and flexibility all while having a great time!  

Because the mind and body reflect each other, as children learn to use their bodies better through these techniques, they also improve cognitively.  This growth can be seen in their overall skills, abilities, confidence, and interactions with one another.

It is my absolute joy to teach and learn with these kids
