I love Taichi. The practice of Taichi has enriched the quality of my life immensely. In addition to making our muscles stronger, it also strengthens our lungs & keeps our joints flexible. Taichi is associated with a 70% reduction in fall risk & that it is widely recommended as a mindful meditative practice. But for me, the greatest benefit is the connection to a history & a world wide community of Taichi practitioners.
Chen Family Taijiquan is over 400 years old & many of the major styles in the world today have their origins in Chen Style. It would be my absolute joy to share this practice with you.
